Management Group (MG)
We have a freelance Management Group (support team) of 86 members across the world to work with 153 freelance support managers (Mentors) connected to the Affinity Marketing Executives.

GE-Mentors (GEM)
You will have a primary Mentor assigned to you who will be your personal first line of Support, finding you the answers you need and helping you get the best from your training. It is their responsibility to make sure you have all the resources M2E has and will have as part of your successful business operation. They can also act to encourage, plan, coordinate, and listen to your needs with a proactive and creative attitude - your success is their success. Because of differing time zones and down time, Support members also work within a "buddy" system: so where one is unavailable, their buddy will be on hand to help you with your needs.

Knowledgebase
We will have a team of 6 administrators working in a dedicated cell that updates and monitors the FAQ and Knowledgebase features of M2E, ensuring all data is kept up to date and reacting to questions from the membership using a state-of-the-art ticketing system.

Software
1. Our bespoke Customer Relations Manager (CRM) and email campaign solution helps manage the relationships with your customers. CRM combines business processes, people and technology to obtain and keep customers happy. CRM begins with sales and extends to marketing and customer service. You can keep track of your customers and your budget in one package.
2. Online training platform using Cisco's WebEx delivers both live and recorded training events. From time to time you will be invited to attend a seminar, perhaps to learn how the helpdesk controls work, or to discover new features launched in the M2E website. You may be introduced to some great ways to enhance your chances of attracting business members and you may be interested to know that on member support alone, our AME will be accessing more than GBP £5,000 worth of training material.
